Senior Assurance Manager – QHSE

About the role

The Senior Assurance Manager – QHSE leads the Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) functions for projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that all activities comply with client requirements, regulatory standards and industry best practices while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee QA, QC and HSSE strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments to verify compliance with regulations and client specifications.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide governance and reporting on quality, safety and environmental performance to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate quality and safety standards into daily operations.

Required profile

• Significant senior‑level experience in QA/QC and HSSE management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead audits, risk assessments and performance monitoring programmes.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work in a multicultural environment.
