Senior Audiologist – Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates is expanding its diagnostic audiology, hearing rehabilitation and balance services. The Senior Audiologist will join a multidisciplinary clinical team delivering high‑quality care to a diverse, international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive adult and paediatric hearing assessments using pure‑tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry and otoacoustic emissions.
• Provide hearing aid evaluation, selection, fitting, verification, counselling and follow‑up care.
• Support tinnitus management, balance screening and vestibular assessments.
• Deliver paediatric audiology services, including hearing screening and ongoing assessment.
• Collaborate with ENT consultants, speech therapists, paediatricians and rehabilitation teams to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on hearing loss, device use and communication strategies.
• Maintain equipment calibration, accurate clinical documentation and infection‑control standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality‑improvement and patient‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Recognised degree or master’s qualification in Audiology.
• Professional audiology registration in the candidate’s home country.
• Internationally trained with experience in adult and paediatric audiology.
• Ability to work in a modern, quality‑driven healthcare environment.
