Senior Barista

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Barista to lead our coffee service team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering premium beverages while ensuring high standards of service and café operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages to the highest standard.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior baristas.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in developing new coffee recipes and beverage offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of barista experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment operation, and beverage preparation.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for coffee quality.
• Positive attitude and problem‑solving skills.
