About the role
Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the Saudi market portfolio from its Dubai office. The role sits within the Category Delivery family and focuses on driving brand growth, strategy execution, and innovation across assigned categories.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and lead the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
- Manage one or more brands, channels, lines, or categories with clearly defined goals.
- Build and nurture strong collaborative relationships within the team and across functions.
- Network effectively within the immediate work domain to maximize impact and personal learning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2‑5 years of experience in FMCG, consumer health, personal care or beauty.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under limited supervision and set own priorities.
- Experience as an individual contributor or supervising entry‑level professionals.
