Senior Business Analyst – Cards & Digital Banking

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Cards & Digital Banking practice in Dubai. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to shape the future of credit, debit, prepaid and merchant acquiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Produce BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows and functional specifications.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs, obtain sign‑offs and perform impact analysis for new initiatives.
• Lead business analysis for credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, merchant acquiring, ATM/POS channels and digital payments.
• Act as SME for Powercard and Fiserv platforms, configuring business requirements within the cards ecosystem.
• Support integration with core banking systems, financial switches, payment gateways, CRM, mobile and internet banking channels.
• Collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements, releases and API design.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in cards and digital banking domains.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops and produce high‑quality documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in impact analysis and prioritisation.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate requirement walkthroughs and obtain business sign‑offs.
