Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Leino is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Regulatory Reporting Value Stream within the Group Finance Department. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, process optimisation and business analysis for a banking environment, supporting the delivery of efficient and sustainable reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and implement new regulatory and business requirements for banking reporting.
• Drive automation of manual, file‑based reporting processes.
• Identify and reduce manual adjustments in reporting workflows.
• Support ECB remediation activities and ensure compliance with supervisory expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in banking regulatory reporting, preferably with Baltic or EU banks.
• Deep, hands‑on knowledge of banking products, systems, processes and financial data.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and business process modelling.
• Strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder‑management skills.
