Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and redesign of business processes, acting as the key liaison between business units and IT development teams. The role involves gathering detailed requirements, mapping workflows, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder workshops and data studies to capture deep business requirements.
• Design and re‑engineer processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary bridge between business operations and IT developers.
• Prepare data reports and business cases for senior leaders.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst.
• Training in Business Process Modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
