Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for NIQ’s Digital Commerce division in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts by leveraging NIQ’s data, analytics and insights solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new B2B clients across assigned markets, building a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and social selling.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to proposal, negotiation and contract signing, engaging C‑suite stakeholders.
• Develop strategic plans to penetrate target accounts and generate new revenue streams.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, uncovering upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and acting as a trusted strategic partner.
• Align NIQ solutions with client business objectives to drive retention and long‑term growth.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of B2B sales or business development experience with a proven record of winning new business.
• Background in market research, consumer insights, retail measurement, analytics, SaaS or data‑driven solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to build senior‑level relationships.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
