Senior Business Development Executive - MENA

About the role

Deriv is looking for a seasoned Business Development Executive to lead partner acquisition and portfolio growth across the MENA region. You will manage high‑value Introducing Brokers, affiliates, fintech partners and payment providers, turning complex accounts into revenue‑generating relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and grow high‑value partners, including hard‑to‑close accounts.
• Own the full lifecycle of a larger, more complex portfolio from onboarding to performance monitoring.
• Negotiate commission structures, volume targets and support agreements with autonomy.
• Utilise AI‑enabled onboarding and lifecycle systems, flagging workflow gaps for product and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior Business Development Executives and assist with their onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development, partner recruitment and deal negotiation.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and ability to defend commercial terms.
• Comfortable working with AI‑driven operational tools and providing actionable feedback.
• Excellent analytical skills to spot under‑performing accounts early.
• Leadership mindset to guide and support junior team members.
