Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Ready to drive growth in digital health and wellness, our client seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships, revenue growth and market expansion across B2B, B2G and healthcare ecosystem channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify, negotiate and close commercial partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, corporates, wellness organisations and government entities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives, regulators and strategic partners, representing the organisation at industry events.
• Lead contract negotiations, commercial structuring and strategic account planning.
• Own pipeline health, manage opportunities through the full business development lifecycle and use market intelligence to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, legal and customer experience teams to support partner onboarding and expansion.

Required profile

• Eight or more years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through complex partnerships and enterprise sales.
• Strong experience managing senior‑level client and partner relationships, including government and regulator engagement.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management and commercial structuring capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
