Senior Butler

About the role

The Lana – part of the Dorchester Collection – is seeking a Senior Butler to lead the in‑suite butler service at its Dubai property. Reporting to Housekeeping and Rooms Division, you will ensure every guest receives anticipatory, personalized service that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Housekeeping and Rooms Division to drive seamless butler service.
• Mentor and supervise a team of butlers, ensuring exhaustive knowledge of bespoke in‑suite services, advanced room technology and luxury amenities.
• Conduct meticulous inspections of butler pantries, vacant suites and occupied rooms.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Food & Beverage to execute complex guest requests flawlessly.
• Guide and develop a multicultural direct report, upholding the world‑class standards of the Dorchester brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality and butler service.
• Leadership experience supervising a multicultural team.
• Strong knowledge of bespoke in‑suite services and advanced room technology.
• Ability to conduct detailed inspections and coordinate cross‑departmentally.
