About the role

Join Mama Shelter Dubai as a Senior Chef de Partie, leading a dedicated kitchen station within a vibrant, urban hotel restaurant. You will ensure flawless service, uphold the brand’s culinary standards, and mentor junior team members while delivering memorable dishes to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your station, maintaining organization, efficiency, and readiness for every service.
• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to Mama Shelter recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Manage mise en place, ensuring all ingredients and tools are stocked and pre‑prepared before service begins.
• Guide, train, and support Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs, fostering their development.
• Monitor stock levels, control waste, and maintain product quality within your section.
• Uphold strict hygiene, food safety, and kitchen safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and other stations to ensure smooth overall kitchen operations.
• Contribute fresh ideas and stay updated on culinary trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a high‑volume hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high‑quality food.
• Ability to train and motivate junior kitchen staff.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and waste reduction.
