About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Engineer (Maintenance – Civil) to join its Sustainable Technology Solutions team on a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on civil maintenance engineering for large‑scale NGL and gas processing facilities, supporting the full asset life‑cycle from design through operation.

Key responsibilities

Lead civil maintenance engineering activities for NGL/Gas processing plants.
Provide technical expertise during FEED and EPC phases of mega projects exceeding USD 1 billion.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity, safety, and sustainability.
Oversee detail engineering deliverables and support construction and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and KBR’s quality procedures.

Required profile

Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience.
Proven experience on mega FEED/EPC projects (> USD 1 billion).
Background in NGL/Gas processing plant projects.
Experience in EPC and detail engineering environments.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
