Senior Compliance Audit Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Compliance Audit Manager to lead internal audit coverage of regulatory compliance across the Bybit Group. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will work closely with the Compliance Audit Director and the broader Internal Audit team to design, execute, and report on risk‑based audits that strengthen governance and control frameworks in multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary research and regulatory scanning to identify emerging compliance risks and jurisdictional differences.
• Participate in walkthroughs with Compliance, AML, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders to map processes, risks, and controls.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end compliance and AML/CTF audits, including control design assessment and operating effectiveness testing.
• Document audit evidence, prepare findings, and deliver data‑driven recommendations to improve controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Bybit’s compliance framework and ensure alignment with global regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management, preferably within financial services or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to lead complex audit projects and communicate findings to senior leadership.
