Senior Compliance Specialist – Global Operations

About the role

The Compliance Operations Specialist supports the day‑to‑day execution of Bybit’s global compliance programme. Working across multiple licensed jurisdictions, you will translate regulatory commitments into practical operating processes and ensure they are tracked and maintained throughout the licence lifecycle. The role collaborates closely with Legal, Licensing, Product, Operations and regional teams to drive operational readiness and ongoing compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain tracking of regulatory obligations, licensing conditions and related operational actions, coordinating stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Support implementation of new licences by preparing SOPs, process documentation, checklists and business‑readiness materials.
• Monitor adherence to compliance processes, escalating risks or overdue actions as needed.
• Prepare operational reports, implementation updates and management briefing materials.
• Coordinate regulatory implementation activities with Legal, Licensing, Product, Operations and regional teams.
• Assist with audits, regulatory inspections and operational reviews through documentation and evidence provision.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in compliance or regulatory operations, preferably within the digital‑asset or fintech sector.
• Proven ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and manage complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
