Senior Concept Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Concept Architect to lead the development and refinement of innovative architectural concepts that drive transformation and competitive advantage for our Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate comprehensive architectural concepts and strategic frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
• Analyze complex business requirements and technical landscapes to identify innovative solutions and design patterns.
• Lead collaborative workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus.
• Create detailed architectural documentation, including conceptual models, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Mentor junior architects and design professionals, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance architectural strategies.
• Present concepts to executive leadership and ensure transition from design to implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in architectural design or computational design.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper for parametric and generative design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for visualization and presentation.
