Senior Conflicts Manager – Asia & Middle East

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Conflicts Manager to join our global legal and professional services firm. Based in Dubai (or Hong Kong or Singapore), you will work within the OGC team to manage conflicts of interest, client confidentiality and information barriers across our international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve complex legal and commercial conflicts of interest, including share‑dealing and lateral hire requests.
• Develop and maintain policies, controls and processes related to conflicts, client confidentiality, information barriers and Market Abuse Regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Conflicts to optimise technology solutions such as Intapp and standardise procedures across the group.
• Provide guidance to business units on regulatory compliance and protect client relationships and firm reputation.

Required profile

• Significant experience in compliance or conflicts management within the legal or professional services sector.
• Strong understanding of regulations, professional conduct rules and market abuse frameworks.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead the development of a specialised conflicts team.
