Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

Graviton Interiors is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead supervision across multiple sites in Dubai. The role combines head‑of‑supervision duties with resident engineering responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Head of Supervision, monitoring construction sites and serving as Resident Engineer or Project Manager as workload requires.
• Plan and schedule resources, overseeing project timelines and staff allocation.
• Administer contracts, applying various versions of FIDIC Conditions of Contracts.
• Review tender documents, identify technical and documental flaws, and support tender preparation.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to verify progress and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Develop and communicate project schedules, resource plans, and progress updates to all stakeholders.
• Support HR in technical interviews and mentor supervision team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of construction experience in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, standards, and codes.
