Senior Construction Supervisor – E&I (Oil & Gas)

About the role

Wood is recruiting an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor – E&I for an ADNOC on‑shore project in Abu Dhabi. The role is based on‑site and acts as the PMC representative to ensure safe, efficient and quality execution of construction works.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor all construction activities performed by EPC contractors.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, approved drawings, HSE requirements, quality procedures and project schedules.
• Act as the liaison between the client, contractors and the PMC team, reporting progress and issues.
• Manage site safety, quality assurance and schedule adherence.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in oil and gas construction supervision.
• Proven track record on EPC projects, preferably with ADNOC or similar on‑shore clients.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and on‑site working conditions in Abu Dhabi.
• Full‑time availability to work on‑site.
