Senior Construction/Installation Engineer – Offshore Structures

About the role

The Senior Construction/Installation Engineer – Structures will lead offshore construction, load‑out, transportation, installation and commissioning activities for jackets, wellhead towers and related offshore structural facilities on a high‑profile ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction and offshore installation engineering activities for jackets, wellhead towers and structural components.
• Coordinate load‑out, transportation, marine spread activities and oversee offshore installation execution.
• Review and validate installation methodologies, ensure compliance with safety, quality and client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Marine Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 15‑18 years of offshore construction and installation experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCI projects, with at least 5 years in senior construction/installation engineering roles.
• Previous Middle East/GCC offshore project experience is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Offshore jacket and wellhead tower installation.
• Load‑out and transportation engineering, sea‑fastening design.
• Marine spread coordination (barges, tugs, support vessels).
• Installation analysis, lift studies, rigging planning.
• HSE risk assessment, HAZID and SIMOPS participation.
