About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join a global business and technology services environment in the United Arab Emirates. You will work on complex transformation and technology initiatives, combining digital strategy, product development, experience design, and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes for diverse clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of business transformation, technology, and product development projects across multiple client engagements.
• Analyze client challenges, requirements, and processes to identify scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning digital strategy, experience design, engineering, and specialist functions.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand objectives, present recommendations, and gather feedback.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, documentation, presentations, and high‑quality deliverables.
• Apply structured problem‑solving and analytical approaches to complex business and technology challenges.
• Help design, develop, and improve digital products, services, processes, or technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, and enhanced user experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior consulting roles within technology‑focused projects.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality client work on time and within scope.
