Senior Consultant – Facilities (Masterplanned Communities)

About the role

The Senior Consultant – Facilities (Masterplanned Communities) will lead facilities‑management and estate‑management advisory for large‑scale, mixed‑use developments across the Middle East. You will shape operational strategies, ensure lifecycle performance and support the transition from construction to live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise developers and asset owners on facilities, estate and operational strategies for master‑planned communities.
• Review masterplans and design proposals to improve operational efficiency, maintainability and long‑term asset value.
• Develop operational readiness, transition and mobilisation plans from construction through to live operations.
• Support the creation of operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs and service‑delivery standards.
• Lead FM procurement activities, including service‑provider selection, mobilisation and performance management.
• Design lifecycle maintenance, asset‑management and infrastructure‑operation strategies.
• Collaborate with development, design and project‑delivery teams to embed operational requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare client presentations, technical reports and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FM or estate‑management consultancy.
• Proven experience on master‑planned communities, districts or large mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of operational readiness, estate management and lifecycle planning.
• Experience engaging with developers, consultants and senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Middle‑East project experience is highly preferred.
