Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation (MBA)

About the role

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant with an MBA to join its Strategy & Transformation team in Dubai. You will work on high‑impact projects for multinational corporations, law firms, banks and private equity firms, helping them navigate crises, optimise performance and execute lasting change.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex business environments and identify strategic challenges.
• Develop end‑to‑end financial models to support recommendations.
• Lead content discussions and present actionable insights to senior clients.
• Collaborate with small, high‑performing teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Support implementation of transformation initiatives across the GCC region.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and travel within the Middle East as needed.
