Senior Cost Consultant

About the role

Mace is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to join its flagship project in Abu Dhabi, delivering iconic commercial, retail, residential and entertainment spaces. The role involves leading cost management across all project phases and driving best practice within the cost team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver cost management services across all project phases, including feasibility, procurement strategy and contract execution.
• Lead discipline‑specific cost activities, applying advanced technical expertise and value management techniques.
• Prepare and present cost plans, estimates and monthly cost reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee contract documentation, ensure compliance and manage cost control throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Mentor junior Cost Consultants and champion process improvements aligned with net‑zero objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership such as MRICS (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in the Middle East construction market.
