Senior Customer Engineer – Dubai

About the role

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients in the UAE. You will guide customers through the entire journey—from pre‑sales validation to onboarding, deployment architecture, and ongoing expansion—while leveraging AI‑augmented workflows to focus on high‑value design and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to conduct deep‑dive technical discovery and capture business requirements.
• Map complex customer infrastructure, including DNS and CDN components.
• Design and implement deployment architectures that align technical strategy with business value.
• Own the customer relationship throughout the lifecycle, not just during the initial sale.
• Utilize AI‑driven tools to reduce administrative tasks and increase focus on solution design.
• Drive measurable outcomes that demonstrate the impact of Cloudflare’s platform.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a technical advisor or engineer for enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Comfort operating in a quota‑carrying, go‑to‑market environment.
• Strong communication skills and a curiosity for AI‑enabled solutions.
