Senior Cybersecurity Assurance Analyst

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Assurance Analyst to lead and enhance security assurance across its product portfolio. The role sits within the CyberSecurity team, protecting digital assets through threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee security assurance activities for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate outputs from specialist teams (compliance, governance, secure coding) and track identified risks and control gaps through their lifecycle.
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of security controls, escalating significant findings and supporting data‑driven decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement of assurance processes and promote a secure‑by‑design culture across cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement remediation plans and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading security assurance or information‑security programmes in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks and security control implementation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders and influence security decisions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on proactive risk mitigation.
