Senior D365 F&O Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead end‑to‑end ERP implementations across the MENA region. You will work closely with clients to understand their processes, configure and customise D365 F&O modules, and ensure successful go‑lives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle D365 Finance & Operations projects from discovery through hypercare.
• Conduct business‑process workshops and translate requirements into functional design documents.
• Configure and customise Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules to meet client needs.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies using DIXF/DMF, including mapping, transformation and validation.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, custom extensions and ISV solutions.
• Prepare and deliver UAT scripts and training materials.
• Mentor junior consultants, perform code/configuration reviews and uphold delivery standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, managing expectations and escalations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
• Strong knowledge of at least two modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing).
• Experience with data migration tools (DIXF/DMF), Power Platform and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O (e.g., MB‑300, MB‑310, MB‑330) preferred.
