Senior Design Manager – Residential & Commercial Real Estate

About the role

The Senior Design Manager at Resicom+ within Al Futtaim Group leads the design and delivery of high-quality architectural projects across residential and commercial sectors. Reporting to the Director of Architecture, the role ensures projects are aesthetically pleasing, technically sound, and aligned with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-end quality projects focusing on user experience, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to budgets.
• Develop and implement design strategies, manage the end-to-end design process from brief to construction documentation, and obtain necessary permits.
• Create and maintain systems, templates and risk-management processes, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout procurement and site phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with at least 12 years of design and management experience, preferably with leading local developers.
• Extensive experience managing residential and commercial office projects and coordinating across architectural, interior, landscape, structural, MEP and infrastructure disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of UAE local requirements and regulations, and ability to present compellingly to executive management.
