Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

NorthBay Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement and manage scalable, secure Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise‑grade applications in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Manage production‑grade Azure environments focusing on scalability, performance, security and cost efficiency.
• Integrate DevSecOps controls, compliance checks and vulnerability management into workflows.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Bicep and ARM templates.
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement GitOps using Helm, FluxCD and ArgoCD.
• Create observability solutions with Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana and centralized logging.
• Support AI/ML infrastructure including Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell, Python and Bash scripting.
• Maintain source code repositories, branching strategies and code quality using GitHub and SonarQube.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering and automation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams and deliver reliable platforms.
