Senior Document Controller

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Document Controller to oversee all project documentation across the full project lifecycle, from concept through hand‑over. The role ensures documents are processed, controlled, distributed and archived in line with ADNOC and PMC requirements while maintaining data integrity and traceability.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document control procedures compliant with ADNOC and PMC standards.
• Manage document activities for Concept, FEED, EPC, procurement, construction, commissioning and close‑out phases.
• Register, classify, distribute, transmit and archive engineering, vendor, contractor and client documents.
• Control document numbering, revision, metadata and status tracking.
• Coordinate submission, review, approval and transmittal of deliverables among PMC, ADNOC, EPC contractors and third‑party stakeholders.
• Maintain registers, master indexes, deliverable trackers and transmittal logs.
• Upload and update all documents in the approved Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Generate periodic control reports, KPI dashboards and overdue review reports.
• Support engineering, construction and commissioning teams by providing current document revisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document control on large‑scale engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC, PMC and EPC documentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
• Effective communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
