About the role

Penspen is seeking a Senior Document Controller to be based in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing the document control process for offshore projects, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timely distribution of all project documentation. It requires strict compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the document control process for offshore projects, maintaining systematic control of all documents.
Ensure accuracy, integrity and timely distribution of project documentation in line with company standards.
Guarantee compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures throughout the document lifecycle.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in administration or a closely related field, or a diploma with a recognized project administration certificate.
Ten to fourteen years of experience in organizing and controlling typical project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, operating manuals, vendor submittals, filing systems and document flow procedures.
