Senior eCommerce Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior eCommerce Project Manager to drive our Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) strategy in Dubai. You will lead the delivery of new platform features, enhancements and regional initiatives, working closely with both business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead eCommerce projects, new feature rollouts and regional initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Manage projects across Cart & Checkout, Omnichannel/Endless Aisle, Payments and new eCommerce features.
• Drive checkout optimisation, conversion improvement and payment gateway enhancements.
• Coordinate with regional, global and local stakeholders, acting as the link between business and technical teams.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, reporting and overall governance.
• Collaborate with Agile teams on sprints, backlogs, user stories and UAT.

Required profile

• Minimum 7+ years of eCommerce project management or product ownership experience.
• Strong understanding of B2C eCommerce, retail operations and omnichannel fulfilment.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and communication skills in a distributed Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field; fluency in English required.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with major eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Magento.
• Deep knowledge of payment APIs, tokenisation and 3‑D Secure.
• Checkout optimisation techniques that have delivered 10%+ conversion gains.
• Agile methodologies, JIRA and Confluence.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Looker, Power BI or Tableau.
