Senior Engineer, Civil Maintenance

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead civil maintenance activities across its operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on planning, designing, and executing civil scope work while ensuring compliance with company standards and Emiratization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and deliver economical solutions.
• Lead implementation of ADNOC standards and policies related to civil maintenance.
• Mentor and develop UAE nationals in civil engineering to support Emiratization targets.
• Initiate, plan, and supervise cross‑functional teams and contractors to deliver projects on schedule, scope, and budget.
• Ensure project requirements and deliverables meet company specifications.
• Manage the Maintenance Management System for civil maintenance support services.
• Prepare and finalize contracts for civil maintenance services in line with acquisition plans.
• Analyze technical competency, experience, and HSE performance to select bidders and material vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil maintenance, including concrete rehabilitation, roads infrastructure, fire‑proofing, and non‑metallic utility piping repair.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale projects.
