Senior Engineer

About the role

Mammoet is looking for a Senior Engineer to join its Dubai team. You will develop and deliver engineering solutions for complex heavy‑lifting and transportation projects, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design best‑in‑class engineering solutions, including method statements, drawings, calculations and risk assessments.
• Select and verify engineering methods and equipment for safe project execution.
• Oversee engineering plans, adapt solutions to changing conditions, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Advise Operations, Sales and Project Management on feasibility, risks and technical trade‑offs.
• Maintain accurate, standards‑compliant documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience in sectors such as civil construction, renewables, oil & gas, offshore, ports or mining.
• Professional experience with engineering operation practices, internal codes and standards, and heavy‑lifting equipment.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
