Senior ERP Finance Analyst

About the role

American Hospital Dubai is seeking a Senior ERP Finance Analyst to lead the functional management, optimisation and continuous improvement of its Oracle Fusion ERP Finance ecosystem. The role bridges Finance, Supply Chain and IT to ensure accurate real‑time data, automated processes and compliance with UAE VAT, IFRS and healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, Expenses) and provide user support, training and documentation.
• Analyse and optimise finance and supply‑chain processes, translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment with hospital policies and audit standards.
• Configure ERP modules for VAT compliance and financial reporting, manage patches, upgrades, UAT testing and maintain change‑management documentation.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Oracle BI, OTBI, Smart View and BI Publisher, supporting forecasting, budgeting and executive audit reporting.
• Implement segregation of duties, enforce financial controls and support internal and external audits with system evidence and access reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum six years of progressive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Finance modules in enterprise or healthcare environments.
• Preferred certifications: Oracle Fusion ERP Financials, CPA, CMA, ACCA, ITIL Foundation, PMP or PRINCE2.
