Senior Estimation Engineer (Fire Doors / Glazing)

About the role

Become a vital part of our expert team, delivering excellence in estimation, technical support, and commercial performance for fire doors and specialist glazing projects. We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical individual with proven selling skills, technical knowledge, and top‑tier communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tenders for fire‑rated doors, screens, and specialist glazing systems.
• Interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings, project specifications, and compliance standards related to fire safety and performance glazing.
• Engage directly with contractors, architects, and consultants, responding to technical queries and providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and procurement to optimise solutions, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Track project changes, evaluate potential impacts on cost and programme, and revise estimates accordingly.
• Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in targeted construction and architectural sectors.

• Thorough knowledge of building codes, fire‑resistance regulations, and construction industry best practices.
