Senior Estimation Engineer

About the role

Royale Manchester Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Estimation Engineer to support its civil construction and interior fit‑out projects across Dubai and Sharjah. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and collaborating with suppliers and project teams from the estimation phase through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to develop competitive estimates.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and material calculations from architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns.
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to maximize profitability.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of UAE market rates for materials and subcontractor services.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Collaborate with project management and procurement teams during handover.
• Ensure estimates comply with project specifications, budgets, and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction and interior fit‑out.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience on high‑end civil and interior fit‑out projects.
