Senior Executive – Bid (Facilities Management)

About the role

The Senior Executive – Bid will lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates for Total Facilities Management contracts. Leveraging a strong operations background, the role translates client requirements into competitive, deliverable bids for both hard and soft FM services.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, RFP requirements and scope specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for hard and soft FM services.
• Attend pre‑bid meetings, conduct site surveys and assessments.
• Prepare RFIs and coordinate clarifications with stakeholders.
• Develop manpower plans using productivity benchmarks and site‑specific data.
• Obtain, evaluate and negotiate quotations for specialist subcontracted services.
• Design practical, competitive service models and perform rate benchmarking, risk assessment and value‑engineering reviews.
• Compile complete technical and commercial proposals, including assumptions, exclusions and cost breakdowns.
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Procurement and other internal teams.
• Support client clarifications, presentations, negotiations, variations and contract amendments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of FM estimation and bidding experience within the UAE FM industry.
• Strong operational background with ability to align estimates to service delivery models.
