Senior Executive - L&D

About the role

The Senior Executive – Learning & Development will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programmes that support career growth and align with the organisation’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, plan and implement all training activities across the UAE, ensuring alignment with policies and sales objectives.
• Create, communicate and coordinate the annual training calendar for all brands.
• Guide and monitor the training team to boost conversion rates through effective methodologies.
• Develop cost‑effective training solutions and product knowledge sessions for new brands.
• Review and enhance training content to maintain quality standards.
• Analyse employee feedback and adjust programmes for continuous improvement.
• Design and launch in‑store and leadership programmes to develop people skills.
• Conduct retail assessments and organise third‑party mystery‑shopping to evaluate service quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in training, human resources or retail operations.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational abilities.
• Proven track record of coordinating and facilitating training initiatives.
