Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development

About the role

MOTAD, a Dubai‑based integrated growth and creative agency, is expanding its new‑business function. We are looking for a senior executive who can identify, approach, and convert brands across the UAE and GCC into paying clients. The role offers full commercial ownership and a direct seat at the growth table.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target companies and brands that fit MOTAD’s integrated offering.
• Build and manage an active prospect pipeline with consistent follow‑through.
• Lead outreach via email, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events to generate qualified meetings.
• Develop tailored pitch decks and credentials presentations for each prospect.
• Conduct discovery meetings, understand client objectives, and position MOTAD’s services.
• Negotiate and close new business agreements, coordinating with creative and strategy leads.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to scale prospecting and research.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and provide structured updates to leadership.
• Represent MOTAD at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings across the UAE.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in an advertising, creative, digital, or media agency.
• Proven track record of winning new business in the UAE market.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Confident presenter and negotiator with a hunter mindset.
