Senior Executive – Urban Planning (UAEN)

About the role

WhiteCrow Research is recruiting a UAEN Senior Executive – Urban Planning for a leading retail group in the Middle East. The role focuses on supporting master‑plan development, land‑use analysis and regulatory processes to enable the client’s expansion across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare re‑master planning and development proposals, including research, technical studies, analysis and presentation materials.
• Conduct benchmarking, site case analysis, land‑use assessments, and review existing and future infrastructure plans.
• Maintain development statistics, LUB tracker and planning databases with population forecasts and master‑plan data.
• Analyse community facilities requirements and evaluate proposed facilities against population and planning needs.
• Review and process VAS applications (land‑use change, additional height, GFA, amalgamation, subdivision) and prepare technical assessments for management approval.
• Update Development Control Regulations (DCRs) and related planning documents.
• Ensure master‑plan and dataset submissions align with vision and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in urban planning, land‑use analysis and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
