Senior Expeditor

About the role

The Senior Expeditor will lead expediting activities for project materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project schedules. This role supports the supply chain by supervising the expediting team, coordinating with logistics, and acting as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the expediting team to identify supplier performance gaps and potential delivery delays.
• Execute expediting strategies to track movement of project materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with Logistics and Package Management teams to facilitate status updates of project goods.
• Support supplier performance review processes and coordinate Management of Change when required.
• Provide accurate and timely expediting reports to project teams and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with 6‑10 years of relevant expediting experience.
• Proven experience expediting supplier documentation for equipment such as control valves, motor‑operated valves, vessels, pumps, and structural steel.
• Strong understanding of expediting procedures and the material management lifecycle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
• Working knowledge of Materials Management systems for procurement and logistics.
