Senior FF&E Designer

About the role

We are partnering with an internationally recognised architecture and interior design consultancy to find a Senior FF&E Designer for luxury hospitality and high‑end residential projects in Dubai. You will lead the development of furniture, fixtures and equipment packages from concept through to on‑site implementation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FF&E design across luxury hospitality and high‑end residential developments.
• Develop concepts, schemes, specifications and detailed design packages.
• Manage the full design process from concept to technical design and site delivery.
• Prepare and review FF&E schedules, specifications, presentations and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, procurement and project delivery teams.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to create bespoke FF&E solutions.
• Review samples, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Support procurement and installation, ensuring design intent and quality are maintained.
• Attend site visits to oversee installation and resolve design issues.
• Mentor junior designers within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional FF&E design experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or high‑end residential projects.
• Proven track record delivering FF&E across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E materials, finishes, suppliers, manufacturing and installation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑end FF&E projects.
