Senior Field Engineer

About the role

The Senior Field Engineer will lead the mobilisation and execution of offshore construction projects, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required technical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and implement mobilisation plans, compiling all project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across departments, subcontractors, and client teams.
• Control material flow, expedite supplies, and manage work packages.
• Oversee daily field operations, allocate tasks to foremen, and monitor progress against schedules.
• Prepare daily progress reports, field engineer reports, and as‑built mark‑ups for engineering.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and integrity codes.
• Support senior engineers, project managers, and section heads; train and supervise junior engineers.
• Participate in site certification, lessons‑learned documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore construction.
• Strong English communication and report‑writing abilities.
• Proven team player willing to work both onshore and offshore.
• Good knowledge of personnel, equipment, and offshore operational processes.
