Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Scope Investment is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join its finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain annual budgets, monthly budgets and rolling forecasts for brands, stores and channels.
• Track performance against budget and prior year, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare monthly P&L variance analysis.
• Develop KPI dashboards covering sales, margins, operating expenses and inventory.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs and presentations for leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with accounting during month‑end close, including accruals and analytical reviews.
• Support feasibility studies for new stores, lease renewals and other investment cases.
• Improve financial models and automate recurring reports using Excel, Power BI and AI tools.
• Assist with ERP and BI system enhancements.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in finance, preferably within retail or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and senior management.
