Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Dubai. The role will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain annual budgets, monthly budgets and rolling forecasts for multiple channels, brands and stores.
• Track performance against budget and forecast, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare monthly P&L variance analysis.
• Develop KPI dashboards covering sales, margins, operating expenses and inventory.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs and presentations for business reviews and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with accounting during month‑end close, including accruals and analytical reviews.
• Support new store feasibility studies, lease renewals and other investment cases.
• Improve financial models and automate reports using Excel, Power BI and AI tools.
• Assist ERP and BI system enhancements and ensure financial master data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CIMA, ACCA, CA or CFA qualification (qualified or part‑qualified) preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, with 2–3 years preferably in retail.
• Experience in multi‑store, multi‑channel or franchise businesses; GCC experience strongly preferred.
