Senior Finance Executive

About the role

Business Enhancers is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to lead day‑to‑day financial operations and support monthly and annual reporting for its Dubai Internet City sub‑group. The role sits within the regional finance function and blends hands‑on transactional work with compliance, audit coordination and strategic reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations, including payroll, invoicing and other transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS reports and annual sub‑group financial statements.
• Maintain complete sets of books of accounts and ensure timely book closures.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, banking operations and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as VAT, payroll taxes and internal procedures.
• Liaise with auditors, company secretaries and tax consultants to guarantee timely audit completion and statutory filings.
• Support ad‑hoc projects assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA‑Inter or equivalent).
• 5–6 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• High integrity, honesty and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with finance software/ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
