Senior Finance Manager

About the role

OKX is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead all financial operations for its UK business from Dubai. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on responsibility for accounting, tax, reporting and regulatory compliance in the fast‑moving crypto and fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own accounting, tax, internal controls, cost management and accounts payable for OKX UK operations.
• Prepare financial statements for external audits, regulatory inquiries and internal management reporting.
• Manage month‑end closing for local entities and integrate results into the group consolidation.
• Implement and adapt the group’s cost‑management framework to meet UK requirements.
• Lead local financial statement audits in compliance with UK regulations.
• Establish and maintain internal controls around financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Develop efficient, automated processes for financial reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of finance experience, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax regulations and FCA requirements.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑border finance teams and work across time zones.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
