Senior Financial Officer

About the role

MultiBank Group is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Officer to strengthen its Finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance and supporting the implementation of UAE e‑invoicing across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee reconciliation of trading revenue streams such as spread income, commissions, swap charges and introducing broker payouts.
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting, including SCA and VAT/FTA obligations.
• Assist with revenue and expense classification for VAT and e‑invoicing compliance.
• Liaise with Trading, Dealing Desk and Data/Platform teams to ensure timely financial data flows.
• Handle inter‑company reconciliations and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Monitor liquidity provider and prime broker fee structures.
• Contribute to finance process‑improvement and automation initiatives.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management.
• Support audit requirements and maintain accurate financial records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of financial reporting experience, preferably within an FX/CFD brokerage environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Experience with UAE VAT, e‑invoicing and inter‑company accounting is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
