Senior Financial Risk Management Analyst

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Financial (Financial Risk Management) will analyse, evaluate, monitor and report risk information across ADNOC. The role supports the development, implementation and monitoring of enterprise and fraud risk management processes, helping the company meet its strategic objectives and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and establishment of an Integrated Enterprise Risk Management framework, including manuals, procedures and guidelines.
• Support risk governance processes for periodic review, communication and escalation of existing and emerging risks.
• Assist in embedding risk management concepts into day‑to‑day operations of divisions, projects and sites.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analyses in collaboration with estimation, cost control and planning teams.
• Provide advice and coordination to Risk Champions for planning, scheduling and executing risk reviews.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk management processes and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in risk management or related financial analysis.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams on risk identification, analysis and mitigation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in both qualitative and quantitative risk assessment.
